Pricing and Payment Basic service attracts a one-off fee of AU$185 (incl GST). This covers searching for a period of one month. Extended service attracts a one-off fee of AU$300 (incl GST). This covers searching for a period of three months. Super service attracts a one-off fee of AU$500 (incl GST). This covers searching for a period of six months. A deposit of 50% of the selected fee option is required following an initial client discussion and prior to commencing any searching, with the balance being payable at the end of the selected search period. I am not affiliated with any real estate agency or buyer's advocacy. It must be acknowledged that my ability to present a suitable choice of properties to the client is limited by the listings available during the chosen time frame. In the event no properties can be found it may be necessary to amend the time frame and/or requirements to allow for new listings, or re-assessment of client priorities amongst existing listings. Neither the deposit nor the full fee are refundable in the event of change of mind after searching has begun. |
