   About Leila
Let me tell you about myself. I have lived in over 22 different houses in 20 suburbs and 4 states. I have lived in brand new houses and old houses needing updates and modernisation, magnificent period homes and minimalistic modern townhouses. I have built my own and I have sold more than I can remember.
When I was 7 in Sydney I would implore my father to take me out in the car at night so I could look inside houses without blinds and curtains drawn. I was upset at 11 that my parents chose a house without my input when we moved back to Sydney from Melbourne.

As a teenager I would often leave home early and get home late because I'd take different routes to and from school or station to see a variety of houses.

Later on as a young adult my parents bought some land. My father designed the house and when I saw the plans, he ignored my comments that the ensuite was visible from the lounge room and the family room had an impractical diagonal track.

Added to this as an adult I have lived for some considerable time in NSW, Victoria, Tasmania and Queensland, during which periods I kept abreast of existing properties, market movements and property developments covering an extremely wide range. I continue to do this.

This has led to wide comprehension of urban and rural areas, suburbs as a whole, infrastructure and socio-economic factors.

I have studied the history of housing and styles and I also travel interstate on a regular basis to gain further, first hand knowledge of what's going on.

Due to the varied nature of my employment I have constantly educated myself on all aspects of residential and investment property.
